Shane Horan is an Irish photographer and tour director based in Berlin, Germany.

He has traveled extensively in North Korea, documenting the country over the last 10 years. His contacts and unparalleled access to the DPRK have placed him at the forefront of only a select handful of people that regularly photograph North Korea.

He is also a frequent visitor to Africa & the Middle East in his capacity as owner/operator for Rocky Road Travel.

His photographic content has appeared in publications such as the Huffington Post, Hong Kong 01, The Irish Times, Straits Times and other media outlets.
